Nominations are now open for the 2nd Annual Real Estate for Change Grant, and we’re thrilled to share that we’ve doubled our grant pool to $20,000 this year—with up to $5,000 available per island!
This is your opportunity to support a local non-profit that’s making a real difference in our island communities.
How it works:
- Download and complete the application
- The organization you nominate must be a 501(c)(3) entity.
- All agents and staff at CBIP are eligible to nominate.
- Up to three organizations may be selected per island.
- Selected organizations will receive their grant by early June.
How applications will be evaluated:
- Alignment with our pillars.
- Organizational need.
- Impact on the community.
